Lao National Assembly President officially receives special envoy

On 13 May, Mr Thongsing Thammavong, President of National Assembly received a courtesy visit of Mr Lee Byueg Suk, a special envoy of Republic of Korea, and also a member of the National Assembly of Republic of Korea, and he was on a working visit to Laos, from 13 to 14 May.
On this occasion, Mr Thongsing Thammavong congratulated him and said they highly value his working visit to Laos as the special envoy of the Republic of Korea and that his visit contributes to enhan cing cooperative relationship between two countries, Laos and Republic of Korea.
The special envoy gave thanks for the warm welcome and the Korean delegation said that the objective of the working visit to Laos is to deliver a letter from Mr Lee Myung-buk, the Prime Minister of Republic of Korea to the Prime Minister of Laos, explaining the exchange of experiences and significance of the coming ASEAN-Korea Summit.
